SERVICES : ASSESSMENT METHOD
Our core service is the assessment of the key software staff & their approach to the software development. This is supported by our specific experience in key aspects of software development in startup environments.
We feel that it is vital to make personal contact in order to assess the abilities, drive & motivation of key software development staff. Accordingly our assessments are based on meetings with the technical leads of the proposed project.
We will discuss their software development plans and the related infrastructure, process, assumptions, timetable, costs, tools, technology & staffing. We may also review the source code of any existing software.
The overall review process is totally non-confrontational - it is purely intended to assess any risk associated with the software component of the investment.
